In an era when Japanese passenger cars were generally capped at 276.1 HP, NISMO defied convention with a fully tuned machine delivering 394.5 HP. At its heart was the RB-X GT2, an enlarged 2.8-liter evolution of the revered RB26, paired with an N1-spec turbocharger. The suspension setup featured Bilstein dampers, reinforced by upgraded stabilizers and bushings. Flared fenders accommodated the wider tires, offering a visual cue to the car’s formidable capabilities.
