About
The RC F was unveiled by Lexus at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show. At its heart lay a refined version of the 5.0-liter V-8 from the IS F, producing 449.7 HP and 383.3 ft-lb of torque—an increase of 32.5 HP and 10.8 ft-lb more than the original engine. Paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission featuring paddle shifters, the RC F delivered both power and precision. Excluding the LFA, it stood as the most sports-focused model ever introduced in the Lexus lineup.
