About

The Huracán was unveiled in 2014 as the replacement for the Gallardo. Its construction shifted from an aluminum space frame to a hybrid structure of aluminum and carbon fiber, resulting in a 50 percent increase in rigidity and a 10 percent reduction in weight. Positioned amidships, the 5.2-liter V-10 engine delivered 601.6 HP and 412.3 ft-lb of torque. Power was routed through a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and sent to the pavement via the Haldex 5 all-wheel-drive system.
