Built to commemorate Ford’s 100th anniversary, the Ford GT drew both its silhouette and spirit from the iconic GT40—a legend born from its sweep of the top three positions at the 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans, and its unprecedented four-year winning streak that followed through 1969. With a 0–60 mph time of just 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 205.1 mph, the GT delivered performance worthy of its heritage. A total of 4,038 units were produced over a three-year span, concluding in 2006.
