About
This limited-production supercar, with only 399 units built, was launched in 2002 to commemorate Ferrari’s 55th anniversary. Its sharp-nosed, Formula 1-inspired design was the work of Ken (Kiyoyuki) Okuyama, then a designer at Pininfarina. The car was constructed with extensive use of carbon composites for both the body panels and much of the framework. At its heart was a specially developed 6.0-liter V-12 producing 650.9 HP and 484.6 ft-lb of torque, allowing the car to reach a top speed of more than 217.5 mph.
