Based on the Diablo GT2—a full race car built for FIA GT championships—the Diablo GT was a street-legal version that had been detuned and modified for road use. Its 6.0-liter V-12 engine produced 567.1 HP and 462.9 ft-lb of torque. Weighing in at just 3285 lbs—88 lbs lighter than the Diablo SV—the GT was capable of reaching an astonishing top speed of 210 mph.
