Released in 2007, the RUF CTR3 served as the successor to the iconic CTR and CTR2. Unlike its predecessors, which were based on the Porsche 930 and 993 Turbo, the CTR3 was designed entirely from the ground up by RUF. It adopted a mid-engine layout and was powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat-6 with intercooling. Performance was staggering, with a top speed of 236.1 mph and zero-62.1 mph acceleration in just 3.2 seconds.
