About
The Stingray name returned with the launch of the seventh-generation Corvette. Built using lightweight materials, the car maintained a nearly perfect 50:50 front-to-rear weight distribution, even with its powerful 6.2-liter LT1 V-8, matching the benchmark set by the world’s finest sports cars.
Equipped with the Z51 performance package, with features such as an electronic LSD, dry sump lubrication, and high-performance brakes, the car was able to accelerate from zero to 60 mph in just 3.8 seconds.
