About
The Porsche 959 was the production evolution of the original Gruppe B prototype, which Porsche had engineered for competition in Group B, the top category of the WRC at the time. It featured an advanced, electronically controlled 4-wheel-drive system that allowed drivers to adjust drivetrain settings to suit various conditions, delivering exceptional stability and ride comfort. Although Group B was disbanded before the car could compete in the WRC, the 959 still achieved remarkable success in other forms of motorsports.
