About
The Porsche 918 Spyder was a high-performance sports car introduced in 2011. It succeeded the Carrera GT and was produced in a limited run of 918 units, in keeping with its name. Its most defining feature was its plug-in hybrid powertrain. The mid-mounted 4.6-liter V-8 engine, producing 599.6 HP, was paired with two electric motors on the front axle and one on the rear, delivering a combined system output of up to 873.8 HP.
