About
The 458 Italia, introduced at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show, succeeded the F430. Built on a new aluminum space frame, it housed a 4499 cc V-8 producing 562.1 HP and 398.5 ft-lb of torque. The upgraded Manettino system allowed seamless control of engine, transmission, and suspension settings. With F1-derived aero design, it hit 0–62.1 mph in 3.4 seconds and topped out at 201.9 mph.
